SHOWER and VANITY REPAIR

Repair of wall tiles, waterproofing and replacement of shower hob, replacement and waterproofing of vanity. Required to solve major water leaks and mould build up. Repairs above and below floor to a bathroom.

BOX GUTTER

Process of sealing a box gutter over a shop. Includes preparation, sealing and UV stable membrane.

SHOWER LEAK REPAIR

This small leak was causing big problems for the landlord and tenants. The red arrows in the picture show that the water was travelling down the wall and out of the bathroom. It went onto the carpet, damaging the floor. We were able to remove the shower screen, re-grout the shower area and place a new shower screen further in to prevent the issue from reoccurring.

WALL GROUND WATER

Process of sealing a wall affected by leaching ground water. Includes cutting out edges, sandblasting and crystaline growth bullets resulting in a crystaline growth wall screen.
